Founder-led product development & production
Hide & Weave is founded and operated by three industry professionals specialising in bags and small leather goods.
We support brands across product development, leather and component sourcing, sampling, manufacturing and quality control.
We work directly with tanneries, suppliers and factories throughout the development and production cycle. This allows us to address material, construction, costing and quality considerations at each stage, while maintaining consistency with the approved product specifications.
From the first sample to final production, every project remains under direct founder oversight.
